Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Curated Closet SEO, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following Cancellation and No-Show Policy applies to all scheduled consultations and services.
1. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a consultation once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled appointment.
Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee or denial at our discretion.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to admin@curatedclosetseo.com.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a no-show (see Section 3).
3. No-Show Policy
A client will be considered a no-show if:
They do not arrive to the consultation within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, and
They fail to notify us of the delay in advance via email or message.
No-shows will forfeit the full amount paid for the consultation, and the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Communication
All cancellations, rescheduling requests, or appointment-related communication must be submitted in writing via:

We will confirm receipt and approval of your request as soon as possible.
5. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a short-notice cancellation or missed appointment, please reach out to us in writing. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
6. Policy Agreement
By booking a consultation or service with Curated Closet SEO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
